Buying a property is a huge investment, whether you are a first home buyer or building your property portfolio it is imperative to ensure your interests are protected throughout the buying process. Our conveyancing services are affordable and comprehensive and our digital platform ensures your transaction is effectively managed every step of the way by an experienced and licensed conveyancer or solicitor. Pre Exchange
  • Review the contract of sale
  • Negotiate any amendments on your behalf.
  • Organise any additional pre-purchase inspections as instructed such as building/pest/strata reports

  • Ensure contracts are properly exchanged and binding
Post Exchange
  • Conduct required government searches
  • Liaise with your lender/bank
  • Prepare property transfer
  • Advise on and lodge duties to Revenue NSW
Settlement
  • Facilitate your settlement electronically using Australia’s premier digital property exchange network.
  • Ensure settlement documents are correct
  • Ensure that the adjustment of funds are correct and paid
  • Advise you and all relevant parties once the settlement is successfully completed

Pre Exchange
  • Prepare contract of sale including any required statutory requirements
  • Draft any additional conditions to contract.
  • Provide you with comprehensive advice regarding your obligations under contract.
  • Provide the completed contract to both you and your agent.
  • Advise and discuss with you any negotiations requested by purchasers
Post Exchange
  • Ensure contracts are exchanged and binding
  • Liaise with your mortgagee and arrange discharge on settlement
  • Review adjustment calculations for council/water/strata fees etc.
  • Provide purchasers with payment directions as per your instructions.
  • Review final settlement Calculations from purchasers
Settlement
  • Facilitate your settlement digitally on Australia’s premier property exchange network.
  • Ensure that the adjustment of funds are correct and paid accordingly
  • Advise you and all relevant parties once the settlement is successfully completed

Transfer Title

Sometimes you may neither require a sale or purchase but wish to transfer ownership and clear title to a family member, spouse or third party.

A transfer may be required under court orders or for many other reasons while this process is similar to that of a sale or purchase it doesn’t involve marketing and as such may be completed in a more timely manner. Contract Review within 24 hours

The Contract Review Process

Before you sign the Contract for sale you will need to have the contract reviewed and advised on by your conveyancer. The Review of contracts is important so that you as the purchaser know exactly what your committing to and can make a fully informed decision.

*Before we review any contract, we will provide you with a fully itemised quotation, if you have not already done so simply request a quote so we can provide you with our itemised quotation. Once received, simply instruct us to act on your behalf and deposit our retainer, this will enable us to prepare your file, commence the review process, discuss our findings with you and request any amendments to the contract for sale as required.

As a first-home buyer with little to no experience, I had absolutely no idea what I was doing or what to expect.

When I asked around for help, a family member of mine referred me to Click and Convey. I’ve been ever leave reviews anywhere, but in this scenario the service has been so amazing that I couldn’t help myself.

Never have I experienced such an amazing service. The staff were super easy to get in touch with, and I was kept 100% in the loop on exactly what was happening and what do throughout the entire process.

I was lucky enough to have Bejan looking after me, and the poor thing got absolutely no rest from the amount of follow-up questions he got from me about the process.
